About Tulalip Foundation
The Tulalip Foundation received their 501 (c)(3) designation in May 2008, with six founding board members.
Mission Statement:
We are dedicated to empowering the well being of the Tulalip community, by helping meet charitable, cultural, scientific, health and educational needs through charitable fundraising and dispersal of funds.
Goals of the foundation:
Tulalip Foundation strives to respond more rapidly and flexibly to existing and emerging challenges facing the Tulalip community, by becoming stewards for a better society and providing support to those community services & institutions that enrich our lives.
Why donate to the foundation?
The Tulalip Foundation is funded from generous donations from people like you, non-profit organizations, and community partners. These donations are dispersed into many diverse funds with the goal of improving the community.
Along with the direct impact of the funds, the Tulalip Foundation is able to make a significant impact in the local community by focusing on a few key areas. See the impact the fund is having on the great northwest.
Milestones:
- Build the Hibulb Cultural Center
- Establish an endowment for future generations
Services of the Tulalip Foundation
- Accept charitable gifts for various tribal funds, such as the:
- Tulalip Hibulb Cultural Center Fund
- Tulalip Civic Fund
- Friends of the Tulalip Fund
- As resources become available a grant program will be developed to disperse donations to those organizations that best align with our mission & goals.
