With two lead gifts totaling $7 million dollars, the Tulalip Foundation is on its way to reaching our goals. Through the generous donation of $6 million from Tulalip Tribes and Tulalip Casino combined, plus a $1 million Washington State capital heritage grant, construction of the Hibulb Cultural Center is under way.
